ALL persons participating in this auction, whether in person, by phone, absentee or online, are required to personally make shipping arrangements directly with MAIL-IT UNLIMITED. Shipping charges are not included on your Lang's invoice. Lang's cannot accept shipping payments or make shipping arrangements for you.

Shipping is provided on a case by case basis with a minimum shipping charge of $12.00.

Due to the large amount of auction lots requiring shipping service, receipt of auction items may take up to 4 weeks, longer for items requiring special packaging, oversize or overweight items. International buyers may experience longer receipt times.

Protective hook covers for lures are now provided free of charge. Due to the thousands of lures requiring this extra protection, ship time may be extended for this category.

Shipping is by UPS Ground Service with Full Insurance Coverage. Buyers requesting alternate shipping services may incur increased costs and delays. Mail-It Unlimited does not recommend USPS services and does not accept responsibility for tracking or claims on parcels shipped by USPS. Requests for shipping through USPS will be honored, however, all responsibility for tracking USPS packages will transfer to the buyer immediately upon shipment. Large or unusual items may incur additional charges (framed art work frequently falls into this category).

All charges can be paid by PAYPAL at info@mailitunlimited.com, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal check. Shipments paid by check will be released when the check has been processed. Checks should be mailed to Mail-It Unlimited, 45 Portland Road, Ste 7, Kennebunk, ME 04043 USA.

PLEASE NOTE: For Absentee Bidders who wish to pick up auction lots at the Mail-It Unlimited office in Maine, there will be a transportation charge of $40.00 for the first three lots and an additional $10.00 for every lot thereafter. These fees do not apply to shipped lots. All lots held after the auction for more than 30 days will incur storage charges of $10.00 per day per lot until shipment to the buyer. In the event of failure of the buyer to pay for shipping and storage costs in full within a 90 day period, the item will become the property of MAIL-IT UNLIMITED and will be resold at the next available Lang’s auction. Any transaction between MAIL-IT UNLIMITED and any Lang's participant shall be governed by Lang’s Conditions of Sale. Lang's provides this service solely as a convenience for absentee buyers and derives no financial benefit from the use of this shipper.
